Key words: patellar tendon; bilateral tendon rupture; lems were reported. Her current medications included chronic renal failure; secondary hyperparathyroidism; an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor, a long-haemarthrosis acting calcium channel blocker, a centrally acting imidazoline derivative, and famotidine.
